Thighs
(1) Push upwards to the groin to promote lymphatic circulation

(3) Push back and forth to break down fat
(4) Push down from the knee to the groin to improve curves
Buttocks
(1) Push along the lymphatic direction to the waist
(2) Rotate counter-clockwise upwards and move back and forth
(3) Slide and tighten the buttock skin according to muscle texture to make the buttocks full and firm, presenting a perfect curve.
Back
(1) Push back and forth 2-3 times
(2) Rotate counter-clockwise to stimulate lymph nodes
(3) On the back, rotate counter-clockwise and move up and down to help break down fat
(4) Use lymphatic drainage techniques to drain toxins to the lymph nodes, helping to improve back curves.
Arms
(1) Perform lymphatic drainage from the inner elbow to the armpit

(3) Rotate counterclockwise or knead back and forth to break down excess fat

Abdomen
(1) Using the navel as the center, make clockwise circles from small to large to help promote bowel movements;
(2) Knead counterclockwise from small circles to large circles.
Face
(1) Apply the radio frequency gel evenly to the face, use the facial radio frequency head to lift the face from bottom to top to tighten the skin, recommended for 5 minutes
(2) Apply the radio frequency gel evenly to the face, use the facial radiofrequency head, and operate in the direction of the arrows, recommended for 10-15 minutes.
Precautions:
1. Clean the skin first, then use a radio frequency gel, essential oil or condutive gel.
2. Always apply a water-based gel(radio frequency gel) before use, otherwise it may damage the device.
3. The operating head should not remain on the same skin area for an extended period; please avoid bone areas.
4. Do not use disinfectants to sterilize the product. It is recommended to wipe it with a damp cotton cloth or towel.
5. Both the operator and the recipient should remove any metal jewelry.
6. If the machine has been used continuously for 1 hour, please stop using it and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
7. Some users may experience tinnitus when using the cavitation head. This is normal because the wavelength is outside the range of human hearing.
8. You can adjust the intensity as needed. However, we strongly recommend starting with the lowest setting.
