Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns & refunds may be necessary. 

 

1. Damages and issues
1.1 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.2 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Process.
2.1 Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team either through email [bornbyme@outlook.com]. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will get back to you case by case. Or click HERE to submit a request.

2.2 Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product(s) you are returning, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

2.3 Tracking and Confirmation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product and retaining proof of shipment. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the status of your return and process the refund accordingly.

3. Refund Process.
3.1 Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and compliance with our return eligibility criteria. If the product passes our inspection, we will proceed with the refund process. If the return is deemed ineligible, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative solutions.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, as timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

3.3. Deductions and Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund to cover the cost of processing and restocking the returned product. The restocking fee will be communicated to you prior to the refund being processed.
